Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of social media content strategies for a wide range of clients across all relevant social platforms.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients to aid the delivery of high-quality social media content solutions.
  • Establish relationships with internal departments, third party suppliers and clients.
  • Manage the delivery of content production that is on-brand, on-brief and on-time.
  • Support on the day-to-day management of paid social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead on social media copywriting across all clients.
  • Manage, develop and motivate junior team members across clients.
  • Review measurement of paid and organic content performance and provide actionable analysis.
  • Share regular industry insights and platform developments with internal teams and clients to help form best-in-class content creation, content types, and ideation across all relevant platforms.
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
  • Guide a small team of marketing professionals to manage and oversee the ‘collective team output’, delivering leadership, upskilling & mentorship as appropriate
  • Seamlessly integrate the Ad Operations team alongside other Trendt departments to ensure the successful delivery of day-to-day client work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate media agency personnel, incl. Ad Operations & Programmatic Planning teams, to become a priority escalation point when troubleshooting campaign activity
  • Develop relationships with Technology vendors (especially ad servers) to help build improved processes/best-practices and aid future product roadmap development


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Working with Creative Strategists & Data Analysts to ensure complete and correct implementation of strategic initiatives to deliver against client KPIs (for reporting / PCA purposes)
  • Working with Creative Developers to deliver necessary technical implementation, including building/managing dynamic feeds, testing associated content and trouble-shooting campaigns where/when required
  • Working with Product Developers to actively contribute to the product roadmap of our internal product to ensure it is fit for purpose from an operational standpoint

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years proven creative agency experience, working with big brands and managing multiple clients or key stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an AM role, with a strong eye for growth opportunities.
  • Digital Ad operations experience
  • Experience within campaign management (programmatic preferable)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • Methodical approach to troubleshooting utilising appropriate tools
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in managing project stakeholders expectations in terms of delivery
  • Strong decision-maker and ability to work well under pressure and to tight client deliverables
  • Ability to take ownership and lead projects
  • Act as the technical point of contact in external meetings
  • Successfully communicate technical information and updates to wider teams
  • Excellent industry knowledge and a thirst for keeping that knowledge ahead of the curve.
  • A passion for client satisfaction, building relationships that will weather any storms, and making decisions that are client-first.
  • The ability to lead proposals and presentations articulately, with incredible brand knowledge and amiability.
  • An awareness and love for the financials and an understanding of how to positively present project scopes and proposals to the client.
  • The knowledge and experience to interrogate budgets, you’ll have a strong grasp on budget tracking, forecasting and how that fits into the overall picture.
  • Enough confidence in your experience, knowledge and client relationships to overcome unforeseen challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring all teams together to get the job done and keep the client informed.
  • Experience working with your clients to come up with new ideas and ways to develop their digital communications
