Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new leads, representing the brand confidently at all times;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
- Maintain excellent understanding of all products;
- Attending trade exhibitions and shows;
- High-level focus on sales and reaching monthly targets whilst delivering an outstanding client experience;
- Undertake any other duties and tasks which may be reasonably requested by management;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role;
- Proven experience working agency side in B2B sales;
- Proven track record in reaching sales targets;
- Exemplary communication skills and commercial awareness;
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work well under pressure;
- High level of computer literacy, being proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Gdrive;
- Flexible approach and ‘can do’ attitude is essential;
- Must be able to work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met;
- Should have an engaging personal presence;
- Driven, confident and positive individual who loves new challenges. These are the characteristics you are known for;
