Responsibilities

A Digital Strategist with a passion for digital products and services. The candidate must have experience with large scale websites, product and a strong understanding of e-commerce strategy.

  • To create and deliver the social strategy for clients
  • To work in collaboration with project managers, UX and UI designers, technologists and teams across the network to develop strategic recommendations and briefs for a range of exciting and innovative digital experiences and e-commerce projects for UK, European and Global brands
  • To Impart your social media and online expertise in order to create meaningful connections online and to ensure that the campaigns are industry leading and that get people talking

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience digital marketing experience with background in website and email strategy
  • English proficiency
  • A solid understanding of client business challenges and able to develop an appropriate strategy and to address them
  • A social media native and following the latest trends and platforms, ensuring your strategies are ahead of the curve
  • Passionate about understanding, dissecting and challenging client briefs - and not afraid to ask challenging or thought provoking questions
  • Able to add value to clients’ business through insight and innovative thinking.
  • A solid understanding of the full mix of channels & their capabilities.
  • A solid, 360 degree understanding of websites from a content, IA, design and technology perspective.
  • An understanding and appreciate of product management and strategy and comfortable with creating and managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • A solid understanding of both digital acquisition and eCommerce from a strategy, product and merchandising perspective.
  • Able to write compelling creative briefs and confident in briefing/overseeing creative.
  • Ensures that all creative output channels back to strategy, brand & objectives whilst championing the creative cause.
  • Able to articulate strategy underpinning creative thinking.
  • Continuous drive to improve the creative product in partnership with their teams, both in terms of effectiveness, user experience, and creative fame.
