Responsibilities
- Execution: Leading on the end-to-end execution on all paid media accounts that you are leading on, ensuring that all allocated budget is spent, achieving results that the client deems valuable
- Optimisation: analysing the performance of your accounts and making the necessary tweaks and adjustments to deliver incremental improvements in performance
- Reporting: analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity to inform and improve future work
- Growth: pitching for and winning additional paid media budget for current and new clients
- Education: internal education of the whole team to increase understanding and raise the profile of paid social within the agency
- Leading weekly external client status calls as well as weekly internal project meetings;
- Budget tracking and management across multiple campaigns, brands and regions.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients;
- Scheduling and managing required internal & external resources (e.g. studio, translation, etc.);
- Raising estimates (including working with external suppliers for production quotes) and timelines, ensuring delivery is on time and budget;
- Coordinating with client-side teams for quarterly dashboard reports;
- Working representatives from various marketing platforms for efficiencies, best practice and insights.
Qualifications
- eCommerce: you'll have experience running and scaling eCommerce accounts using Paid Social, and a passion for driving business growth
- An analytical mind: figuring out the best way to achieve client objectives takes creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of results
- Confidence with numbers: this is a data driven pursuit. You must be happy with looking at a table of figures, spreadsheets and be able to glean insights from what you see
- Curious and adaptable: it's a fast moving industry and social advertising even more so, products change and adapt weekly and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output

- You have hands-on experience running campaigns on Facebook Business Manager and have had exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, Snapchat, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest.
- You'll have one or more years experience working with paid media (agency-side preferable)
- University / Bachelor degree in media, business, communications or equivalent combination of education, training and expertise.
- 3+ years’ experience in client account management within the communications, media, marketing or social media industries. Experience working in a creative or digital agency
- 3+ years’ experience in a proven PPC environment (B2C preferred) running Paid Social campaigns and either Google or Amazon PPC
- Social-media native and passion for the latest methods and trends within social media.
- Pro-active, flexible, team player. You connect effectively with others and build relationships based on trust. You can collaborate effectively across different functions/teams to deliver integrated analysis and recommendations.
- Organized and structured teammate - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results orientated - you consistently deliver on projects to quality and time.
- Data and consumer minded. You are fundamentally consumer orientated and are able to analyse, blend and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Technical skills – Microsoft Office (incl. strong Excel and PowerPoint); Mac/Apple.
- Passion for technology and creative arts – design, photography, video/film
- Fluent (ideally native) in English, including excellent presentation, written and creative content production skills.
