Jordan is passionate about sustainability, plant-based living, and anything related to food. In 2021, she co-founded The Upcycling Market, an online marketplace for upcycled products from small British brands. Hailing from sunny California, Jordan is a budding entrepreneur and environmental advocate. After completing her degree at New York University in 2015, she began a career in marketing and communications before moving to France in 2017. Jordan now lives in London with her husband where she works as a freelance copywriter and communications strategist.
